Abstract

This study is designed to offer basic information on customized training, which is efficient and appropriate to the nursing department, by means of a survey to the hospital nurses on customized training. The results are as follows ： · every class including practicing needs to be conducted in the hospital. · 30 days would be enough for this program. · professors should conduct the lecture class and nurses in the hospital practicing class. · nurses in the hospital should take park in this program as special teachers. · nursing department should take charge of all the cost for this program. · educating 10 to 20 students in one hospital would be appropriate. · the summer vacation in the third year would be most beneficial for students.
